No refunds will be issued for membership purchases.
Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds for events.
1. Cancellation by Attendee
If you need to cancel your registration for the event, you may do so up to 30 days before the scheduled event date for a full refund, less processing fees.
Cancellations made within 30 to 15 days of the event, a 50% refund, less processing fees, will be given.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event. In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact us to discuss possible alternatives, but refunds are not guaranteed.
2. How to Request a Refund
To cancel your registration and request a refund, please contact us at info@northtexaseft.com.
3. Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that the North Texas EFT Steering Team or the trainers need to cancel or reschedule the event, attendees will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled event date.
Refunds will be processed automatically within 10 business days if the event is canceled.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Any service charges, processing fees, or other non-refundable charges associated with registration are not eligible for refund.
5. No-Show Policy
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
6. Processing Time for Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the request being approved. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method or bank.
